Corporate holiday orders should be placed by mid-November at the latest — our final deadline is November 20 to guarantee delivery before the holidays. Ordering by October 1 earns a 5% early-bird discount and first pick of inventory. Budgets are typically decided in September and October, so the earlier you start, the more options you have.
How much do corporate holiday gift boxes cost?
Curated corporate holiday boxes typically run $75 to $125 per box before shipping, with per-box pricing dropping as quantity rises. Simple snack-style gifting exists at $30–50, and premium client or executive gifting starts around $125. Custom-designed holiday programs start at $10,000. Shipping is quoted separately based on whether boxes go to one office or individual home addresses.
When do holiday gifts arrive if we order on time?
Orders placed by the November 20 deadline arrive in early to mid December — before holiday PTO starts. Every box ships with tracking, whether it's going to a single office or hundreds of home addresses.
Can holiday gift boxes ship to remote employees at home?
Yes. We ship nationwide to individual home addresses with tracking on every box. You provide a recipient list in a spreadsheet and we handle fulfillment, timed so the whole team receives gifts within the same day or two.
Can we customize holiday boxes with our branding?
Yes. Options include brand-color or fully custom packaging, logo placement on one or two keeper items, branded notecards or a printed message from leadership, and add-on gifts for every recipient. Custom packaging takes extra lead time, so mention it in your quote request early — ideally before October.
Can we send different holiday gifts to clients and employees?
Yes. Mixed sends are common at the holidays — one box for clients, another for the team — coordinated and shipped as a single order so nothing slips through the cracks.
What is the minimum order for corporate holiday gifts?
Our minimum is 12 boxes, and we work with teams up to 20,000 recipients. Orders under 24 boxes are quoted individually.
What if we miss the holiday order deadline?
After November 20 we can't guarantee pre-holiday delivery, but reach out anyway — depending on quantities and stock, rush timelines are sometimes possible, and a well-timed January "new year" gift often lands better than a rushed December one.
